Monthly Support 

As part of my service, I have been asked by many to provide support services to their organization, ranging from questions about membership, communications, and overall training issues for new users of the platform.

These requests have grown over the last couple of years, to the point where I need to prioritize them and have a way to provide quick answers to those who require them.  In the past I have billed my time for each question, or training session, whenever they are needed.  This has taken time away from new implementations and initial setup of organizations. 

To remedy this, I have decided to offer a monthly support agreement, where those organizations can call or email me questions, and have a priority service for a rate on the first hour that is discounted. 

I now offer a monthly service, where organizations can sign up to receive the first hour of service for $79.  This will allow organizations that have questions or need help the ability to call or email me for service or maintenance for no charge other than the monthly fee.  If additional hours are required, they will be billed at my normal rate, but will also be on a priority basis.
