CONSULTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

I provide consulting on Wild Apricot setup, website design, membership management, event setup, and email distribution. These are provided on an hourly, as needed basis. 

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT 

I design and develop a dynamic, responsive, website for your organization using the Wild Apricot platform. Many standard templates are available to choose from, or I can design a custom look for your needs.  The website is fully responsive, meaning it is suitable for any device, including mobile devices such as tablets, ipads, and smart phones. Each website has analytics provided by Google.  Click on Projects to see examples of my work.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

I will do the initial upload of your membership information, creating member profiles, an online directory, membership levels, groups, and administrators.  You can also load contacts that are not members, but are people you want to reach and communicate with.  I establish the rules for your organizations membership application, renewals, payments, and member only pages. Reach your membership with newsletters, and create discussions in forums.

EVENTS MANAGEMENT

The system also includes the ability to load events, establish a calendar, and receive registrations for limited and non-limited events.  You can have wait lists, and payment requirements for members and non-members alike.  Events can be loaded quickly, with images, and email notices with the click of a button.

E-Commerce

The platform provides a Store for both digital and physical products to be sold through the website.  The organization can load and sell from a catalog of curated items.

EMAIL DISTRIBUTION and TEXT SERVICES

Wild Apricot provides an email platform to reach your contacts and membership.  You can set up groups within your membership so you can send only to specified groups.  Track delivery, opens, and clicks via the email log.  

Custom Domains

The platform can be built and then moved to your custom domain, so transitions from other websites is easy.

TRAINING

For those organizations that wish to maintain their own website and membership, I will train and assist your staff or volunteers on an hourly basis until they are comfortable taking on their responsibilities.  If you have a staff member or volunteer leave or quit, I can step in on an hourly basis to fulfill their responsibilities until a new person is trained.

Monthly Support Services

I provide monthly support services, including updating websites, training, answering "how Do I....", etc.
